Competence, Character, Collaboration, Committed to achieve and Creativity, These are the 5Cs of Southville. 5 characteristics that one must have to guide them into a bright future.
I believe that those are the guiding hands of the school to help their student achieve good educational standards while also having moral values. Each one of these traits has their own fields of the human aspects. Combining all makes one good and knowledgeable person.
Competence, one that makes the students has confidence on their selves. Knowing that they have knowledge in every situation that they will face. With competence on one’s self, they can learn by self studying, learning by doing so that they can go prepared to anything that they would encounter with efficiency and effectiveness.
Character, the field where it develops the moral aspects of a person. This helps us to live with dignity, integrity and honour, to ourselves and to our fellowmen. It also develops one’s attitude with respect to moral and ethical values.
Committed to achieve, one of the 5Cs that one must do by heart. It guides us to be a future professionals to our desired fields. It teaches us how to be responsible and work with initiatives because by doing so we will have a good and prosperous future ahead of us.
Collaboration, meaning to say “Communication”. With good collaboration we can develop good partnership with our fellowmen and what’s best is it teaches us to be good leaders of our society through the help of our friends and neighbours.
Creativity, one that helps us creates beauty in our work. By having this trait we can always make a way to make a simple report a huge project.
These are the 5C’s of Southville, the 5 guiding hands to help us grow as a good leader. These is the characteristics I believe that I already have and must develop to be a “Mover of the Society” as promise to the school.

Writer's note: I know that I'm already took my IC 1 but I really like to write something about these traits that my school is implementing. Well, this just came to me a while ago because I can't just find a topic to blog about.
